We ship worldwide from Hong Kong by Hong Kong post Registered mail service and only to VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESS if the payment has been made with Paypal. The shipment will be made within 48h upon receiving the payment. Please double check your final order, payment and shipping information before checking out. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses or any other errors in your paid order. Once your payment is completed, we do not accept any changes to your order. A shipping advice with the tracking number will be sent to you once the shipment has been made.

It takes about 6-20 business days to ship to all major countries like USA, Canada , all Western Europe countries, Australia and so on. However, the delivery time is not guaranteed as it may vary greatly depending on the postal service to each country.

We also offer Expedited Shipping services (takes about 5-8 business days worldwide). Express shipping service can be selected when you check out.
Note: Prices shown include fuel surcharges and all shipping costs. Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included. Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).

Return & Warranty
Please check your shipment immediately and report all problems within 5 days upon receiving the shipment. If the package has been damaged during transport, please check the content before signing for it. If this is not possible then please reject it and contact us immediately. The rejected package will be returned to us. WE DO NOT HANDLE ANY COMPLAINTS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE AFTER 5 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT NOR TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY TRANSPORT DAMAGE ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR. If an item needs to be returned, please ask for an RMA number and the return address and return it to us within 30 days. All returned items should be packed carefully, complete as received and the RMA number marked clearly on the package. WE DO NOT HANDLE INCOMPLETE RETURNS. Return post charge will be handled by the buyer and the replacement will be sent free of charge. Refunds are given only if the item is DOA and / or cannot be replaced.
It is IMPORTANT to declare you package as "Return for warranty repair / replacement" on the Customs Declaration Form. All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
